number not ported over

I was told that my number would be ported over to my o2 phone by 6pm today but this has not happened.

 

Cant get through on 202 and live chat is busy.

 

Does this now mean it wont happen until at least monday?

It could be anytime uptp 10.00pm.

Keep rebooting your phone to see if it helps

Im having the same issue activated my new sim with temporary number on tuesday and it said within 24hours and nothing has happened it is now Thursday. Cant get through to o2 so am paying for two phone providers, what do I do?
