not receiving texts

hi im a pay monthly person using a blackberry curve and have noticed for the last few days im not receiving any texts??? i can send them and the people will get them but im not getting any in return even when im in the same room as someone, when checking it, they are not coming thru....is there a problem somewhere

Check here pop in your postcode http://status.o2.co.uk/
If it doesn't show any problems try taking your sim out and cleaning it if that doesn't work I would suggest a new sim free from O2

It is a known network issue that occasionally texts can get stuck in transit.

Hopefully the link provided by Damien will help.

Typically turning your phone off and on can sometimes help.

Give your SIM card a clean and or have the sim swapped out at your most local O2 store can help ,or have one posted to you and perform the swapmysim procedure.

As well as the information from above, after doing that and it's the same if it's the same people it's happening from, then it might be worth them checking with their network to make sure their texts are sending.
