Look in your myo2 to see if any alternative tariffs exist you can choose or ring O2 on 202 and they'll take a look for you.

This could mean a rise in your monthly tariff cost.

Let us know how you get on.

If you are on refresh, pay off your phone and leave O2 then get a sim only deal from Three.
Make sure you get your O2 phone unlocked before you leave

If nothing is available in My O2 discuss your options with customer service.

You can't just quit O2 because better tariffs are available elsewhere, you will have to pay off the rest of your contract to leave.

You can increase your tariff, or buy yourself out, as suggested. What you can't do is just quit.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

I suppose we are going to see more and more of this. Other providers giving better offers, only discovered when someone else... like a friend... gets a better tariff than yourself

Its always the way of business nowadays

I'm worried about the way Three is going - It was one of the "best kept secrets" in the mobile world but they are getting so aggressive with pricing now that I hope they don't get swamped like O2 and EE and get congested too 😞

One question to ask yourself is "Do you actually USE the data?".

I.e. i have unlimited minutes but i could easily drop to a 1000 minute tariff and not use them all each month.
