not given 10 pound bundle

Hey guys im new to o2 so im not sure if i done somthing  wrong , topped up with 10 pound txted 10go to get the bundle but i havnt got  the bundle, and is there a bundle to buy mins to call irish numbers ?

Perhaps speaking to O2 customer services on 4445 may help.

Be aware it's 25p per call.
