Who do i email to make sure that my contract doesnt auto renew ?

At contract end and to stop it becoming a rolling contract with the airtime, you need to cancel it.

You don't you need to speak to customer services and give notice, they can be contacted on 202 from the o2 phone or 0344 809 0202
