I am new to the forums and do not know where to put this but, I have a phone registered in my name in my normal O2 account and I cannot delete or edit it in fact I can't do anything to my accoung I cant even delete the account? I want to remove the old phone as it belongs to my daughter now and add my new one's HELP lol

if on contract best to ring 202 and check you are using the correct logins etc but if ok o2 can then reset for you

Hi I am on P A U G and from what I read on Google you cant delete the account you have to make a new one but it said I can alter the account but I cant lol there is nothing to click on lol

 

????? just don't want the hassel of two accounts or more depending how often I change my phones lol
