I tried to buy a monthly pay phone. 30 pounds prepaid has been withdrawn from my account. my phone request was denied. I want the 30 pounds withdrawn from me to be paid immediately

The money is held by your bank in a shadow account and has not gone to O2.

Your bank will return you the money in line with their banking policy.

money was withdrawn from my account. When I talk to the bank, it says talk to o2. o2 online services hang up the phone because I can't speak English Very good

O2 have not got your money.

They will not take the payment, which is held by your bank, as the application for phone was refused.

Your bank needs to return it to your account which is usually in 5 to 7 days.
