hi all has anyone else had problems with screen cracking on there 635 i have only had it just over a month and keep it in leather case so not sure how it happened and typical i never took insurance out. it also has stoped opening apps inc facebook thanks

Contact Microsoft support on their website. Also do a Google search to see if anyone else is reporting the same issues. Don't contact O2 as they will put it down to user abuse.

Check your home insurance too to see if you are covered for personal items

Please dont return the phone to O2. Their repair service is pretty poor. We always suggest the manufacturer when possible
