Hi,
I've lost all O2 data signal from my android phone even though it shows 5G network connected.
Can you help please? My monthly allocation is 150gb of data per month and I've only consumed 65 gb as of right now.

The only think we can advise on this customer to customer community is to
1. Do a network settings reset on the phone
2. Check https://status.o2.co.uk to see if there are any issues in your area
3. Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?
4. Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone?
