I spoke to o2 on sunday.
I did a number change.
I lost signal sunday morning.
I have turned my phone off and on a number of times.I still dont have signal
i cant be without signal any longer

Sounds like you are waiting for a new sim card, as o2 dont do number ports on a weekend in fact no ports happen on any network.
You need to reach out to o2 If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
or call them on 0344 809 0202 from another phone.
