blackberry was stolen, lost my old number with it, got new phone (iphone)to replace the stolen one and asked slow2 i mean o2 to send replacement sim out, never arrived.placed a temporary 3g sim in iphone and set it up. now o2 suggested i go to store get a new replacement sim and have do a 'sim swap' to get my number back. which i got this morning. and theres no number, no service. default it as instructed on o2 leaflet 0000. still wont work is it the handset or the sim thats playing up please? just want my number back and its been an absolute mission. 😞 help pleeeeease with lots of sugar on top!

The process can take upto 24 hours to complete (depending on how busy the servers are). Just keep rebooting phone every hour and it will come back online soon.
