no service for last 3 days

Hi all.

On friday I was sat in the car watching a youtube video via 3g, when it stopped playing stating an error with connection. Since then I have not been able to use mobile data to view anything online.
Today, however, I cant send or recieve calls or texts. I dont use my phone much on weekends so this may have also been the case since Friday.

I have no idea why this has suddenly happened. I have an s3.

Thanks in advance for any help.

First off check your postcode here Service Status

Have a read through the link here. Network down for me or everyone?

Sometimes cleaning the sim and rebooting the phone can help.

Hi

Most probably mast congestion.

Occasionally turning the phone off , clean the SIM card and battery pull (phone model dependant) and turn the phone back on clears lots of glitches.

Also check if your account is paid up to date or if you have credit or allowances left (account type dependant).
