5 days for a network fault to be fixed, I am sorry to say you are going to be very lucky.
As so many variables, such as land owner access, parts availability, engineer availabity, NIMBY's and councils blocking permission to do works..

Obviously Lutz had a word with the engineers and this morning when turning on ,I again have an airtime provider!That would only leave the dream of goodwill gesture??

BTW Lutz appears only to be interested in the amalgamation of O2 and Virgin, probably to sell the combined entity to some hedge fund. Liberty Global and Telefónica have wanted out for years
