hi, my number ported over from sky on friday morning and since that time i have had no service on my new sim which was activated and working before the port, my voicemail is working ok thats about it, ive talked to o2 numerous times over the text box but im not getting anywhere they just say reset network settings and keep turning your phone off which ive been doing, if o2 would have said to me if you port your number over it wont work still after a couple of days then i wouldnt have swapped in the first place and now i wish i hadnt.
were do i go from here as i need my phone for work and the sat nav on it?
if i buy an e sim would that put me on until im getting a signal?
how do i escalate my complaint

O2 Chat are really only helpful for sales queries, @kev-ainsworth - try a Direct Message or messenger message to O2's Social Media Team - they may not answer immediately and may need a couple of prompts, but they have the proper answers. Link below this post contains the details. Good luck!
