Hi @Anonymous

This is a customer self help forum, not o2.

First thing to do is turn off phone remove and replace sim and try again.

Also, we have a help thread here you can look at to try and identify the proble though https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-Pay-and-Go/How-can-I-sort-out-my-network-issues/ba-p/1014088

Your network status can be checked here http://status.o2.co.uk/ and if you need to speak to an agent, contact details are here http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Let us know if we can help any further.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

O2 aren't to know you are having connection or network issues until you tell them. If its a mast issue then once its repaired they are quite likely to give you some form of goodwill gesture but you will have to ask them reasonably. If its not a network issue then it could well be a phone or similar problem but you need too do some troubleshooting yourself via the help link posted by @MI5

TU was designed to help in such circumstances.
