live service shows no problem in moss green area of stoke yet you cant send or receive calls/messages and its not just from today its the last week and a half cant speak to o2 as mobile wont dial out and when you phone them on the land line they cut you off come on o2 get your act together not happy

At the moment the network is experiencing outages.
When this has resolved perhaps you could try ;
Removing your sim and cleaning it, and or visiting an o2 shop to have your sim swapped which can improve your services.
Try switching to 2g to see if this improves.
A soft reset of your phone.
Reset your network settings within the handset.
If the o2 mast is showing as fine then ask around and if others on the o2 network are having the same issues then ring o2 to challenge the mast status.

its not the phones i have 4 phones on o2 and one on giffgaff all with the same problems and the live talk is off line

Update 23:45hrs
The intermittent problems experienced by some of our customers today have now been resolved.
Routine upgrade work on our 2G and 3G networks led to unexpected congestion affecting around 1% of O2 customers. We apologise to those customers and thank them for their patience.
