Phone saying not on network but go into network setting and it says connected

Well, maybe it's because they need to make some calls and only have a mobile???

Or are expecting calls? God, you lot know it all, eh?

No one here can help - It's a network issue!
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

If the network is down there is nothing to tell, you just need a little patience until it's fixed.

O2 can't tell you anything other than it's being worked on.

That doesn't help. You say the same thing for HOURS!!!! Get on with it. It's a disgrace, I expect a refund the least for not having any service for so long!

O2 would only offer that for an extended outage, they don't have to in the terms.

It's not as simple as flicking a few switches sadly and they will want it back as quickly as you.

Anyone still having problems should try rebooting the phone. Getting stroppy with people just passing on information gets you nowhere.
