hello, when out and about i cannot get any data services because the service says that i have used up all of my allowance. however, i have just received a new phone and started a new contract from 2nd august.
can you pls look into this and get back to me.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

We are a Community of customers like yourself so we can't access accounts etc.
You should be able to check your usage in My O2.
Was this a new contract or an upgrade. If an upgrade your allowance won't update till your normal refresh date
