hi im wondering if someone can help me, im on pay monthly and my bill got paid yesterday (checked online banking, payment has definitly been taken), bill was higher this month due to me going over my allowance but has been paid. the problem im having is i cant make or recieve calls or make or recieve texts and im wondering why this is?

hi, just to let you know it was a block on my phone and it is all sorted now (lesson there on not going over allowance again). thanks to who suggested live chat as that sorted it out slight_smile
