hi im wondering if someone can help me, im on pay monthly and my bill got paid yesterday (checked online banking, payment has definitly been taken), bill was higher this month due to me going over my allowance but has been paid. the problem im having is i cant make or recieve calls or make or recieve texts and im wondering why this is?

You may need to call customer service on 202 or 0344 8090202

Occasionally turning the phone off , clean the SIM card and battery pull (phone model dependant) and turn the phone back on clears lots of glitches.

Does everything look ok when you log into my O2?
Does the phone show signal bars?

yes everything looks fine on the website and the phone. i try and make a call and it just cuts off, i try and text and get a message to say it hasnt been sent. ive tried all of the above but so far nothing.

Are you on a refresh tariff? If so you would normally need to make two payments, one for the handset and one for airtime.

If this is the cade it is worth checking with cs that your payment has been correctly apportioned.
