no allowance received

My first top up was £20 and tariff was fine, yet topped up £10 and never got any allowance at all... Cld anyone explain please?

You only get your allowances on your anniversary date ie. the first time you topped up would then become your anniversary date. You can top up before that date but your allowances are given only once a month on that date.

How do I check my anniversary date and what Pay & Go Go Go allowances I’ve got left?

There are three ways:

• Call 4444 free, then choose option 2 and 2 again
• Text the word BALANCE to 20202 (it’s free)
• Through My O2 (if you’re signed up)

Ive been told in past threads that one can ring O2 customer services and change the anniversary date if you want.
