can anyone advise me why i am unable to see anything on my account regarding a new order i have placed with o2. i had to use another email address to get the order to go through and after 5 hours all i have had is an email saying thank you for your order and the details of the phone and tariff selected, in the past i have been able to track my orders with no problems. bit disappointed so far this time.
