If you have upgraded and your old sim card fits in the new phone, you can continue to use the old Sim. If this is not the case you will have to get in touch with customer services to activate the new sim card by calling 202.

You don't need the new sim as the tariff and contract has been tansferred to the old sim.
Only if you have a 5G phone will you need the new sim in which case follow the guide below
