new sim is not working

my replacement pay monthly is not registering on my phone any ideas and how do i get my phone unlocked to use anther sim in it  cheers tom

Replacement SIM cards can take up to 24hrs to activate. Pop to your local store if its still not working tomorrow.

thanks but no really i have had the sim for a few days and i live 30 miles away form my nearest o2 shop
i thought there might have been a oline solution

Have you activated the sim as they are sent out dedeactivated try live chat
