new s4 comes with screen protector.. new phone ??

just recived my new s4 the phone has a screen protector fitted .. never had this b4.. is this usual?.. the box was sealed but under closer inspection it was covering another broken seal.. am i paying full price for a reconditioned phone ??

i used to work for P4U and to be honest we used to break seals on all new handsets upon delivery to ensure that the handset and correct handset is in the box, nothing more embarassing then presenting a customer with a new handset i.e. galaxy s4 only for them to find a samsung s2 or something in the box, trust me it has happened in the past so it just ensures that the customer gets the correct phone. if in doubt call customer services give them the imie and they will tell you if its a refurb handset or assigned to anouther customer..
