I would like to ask if is any chance to get new phone, i have Pay Monthly from 2 moths and guru from you offer to me a new phone and i said no thanks because my was good. Now is not in good condition, a screen is cracked and i can not hang up connection. Please let me know.

This forum is for customers. If you have a Pay Monthly contract you cannot get a new phone after having the contract for only 2 months. If the screen is cracked you can send it for repair. Do you have insurance on the phone? I think it's odd that you say a guru offered you a new phone after such a short time.
