Hi All
I have the new Samsung S20, and it keeps disconnecting whilst on calls. I thought i was hitting a button at first or the other person disconnected but it seems not to be the case. is anyone else having this issues? Also is there another way to get intouch with customer service as they will only take you call if you want to upgrade. I use my phone at the moment for work to confrence calls, I've not even had this phone a month.

i got my new sim but can not activate it, either via website or message as neither are working :(. Any other options?
