i ordered a new phone on the 27/08/24
for click and collect on the 28/08/24
and i'm still waiting for the message to say it's time to collect
i can't get though to the store i just keep getting text messages saying sorry your order has taken a little longer to progress
your order be with you tomorrow?

I've ordered a click and collect on the 16th August... its now the 3rd September!
