new iphone 5 contract

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi i got an iphone 5 for christmas and want to change my contract from O2 simplicity (unilmited texts and 10 hours call time) to one with unlimited texts, some hours of call time and a reasonable amount of internet usage. How do I do this?

Log into MY O2 and go to your account. There is a section that says something like change my tariff - This will give you the options available to you.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Is it a rolling month contract? Or a long term one?

If its 12 month contract then you cannot change until 12 months is up without paying it off in full.

Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you’re wrong. So Ive been told wink
