last Sunday I signed contract with 02, on Monday I was supposed to receive parcel, two hours before delivery parcel was recalled by 02, and there is not a word from them on as for why, nor when, or even if I'll receive my mobile

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen if you have to.

I don't have 02 mobile, it was on it's way so I can't call 202, when I called from my old mobile it took so much time to get to advisor that I burned through my credit
