yesyerday i took out a new contract with bt  new fone to be delevired today didnt happen  wont even allow me to track my order

@jessie This is an O2 customer community. If you took out a contract with BT you need to contact them. https://home.bt.com/pages/static/i/pansegment/contact_us/contactus.html

Do you mean O2 as this isn't BT?

If your orfer was with O2 you need to contact customer service for help Guide: How to find help & contact O2

Unless @jessie is old skool and is remembering BT Cellnet, which obviously morphed into O2.

Good call @MI5. It took me a while to stop referring to EE and Orange after their name change. Fingers crossed we'll hear back from @jessie and can assist with this one. slight_smile
