@Anonymous if you sign in to MyO2 as advised my MI5 if it says you can upgrade now you will have completed your minimum term and are free to upgrade, or leave (providing them with 30 days notice)

Please be advised that notice to terminate cannot be done online, you are best to call Customer Service to action, or try your luck with live chat (not recommended)
