new contract,wrong tariff,but it didnt change over after talking to cs

new phone and pay monthly from 02,first time contract,but when i got home to set up phone,it was on wrong tarriff,but when i contacted cs they said it would be sorted after midnight,which it hasnt.

Might be an idea to go back to the store so they can change it on the system.
