network coverage problems

For the past few weeks, I have been unable to make a receive calls from home. My network coverage is only on 2 bars elsewhere.

Hi @TI have you checked to see if there are any faulty masts in your area? Your sim maybe faulty. You can pop into any O2 shop they will give you a new sim & do a sim swap there for you
