Hello everyone thank you for letting me join the community chat.
I hope someone would be able to help me.
I received my new Samsung Galaxy S20 mobile yesterday and I have been trying to set it up I have but the new sim card in but it just keeps saying no sims activated.
I have tried ring to speak with someone but they only taking urgent calls I have looked everywhere on 02 webpages but can.t seem to find any help
I would be most grateful if some could help me to activate and be able to use this new phone
