my phone still not working properly since o2 went down two days ago

WHaTS THE CRACK WITH O2????  MY PHONES STILL NOT UP AND RUNNING AND ITS BEEN TWO DAYS !!!!! CANT GET TO SPEAK TO ANYONE AT O2 !!!!!

Have you tried rebooting the phone?
Remove and replace SIM card and check your status at http://status.o2.co.uk/

Are other people in your area still having issues {if you can get to ask them !}

 

If the mast status is showing as ok then ring o2 on 202 contract / 4445 payg just to get your Account checked.

 

Can you try your sim card in another handset to see if anything changes ?

 

I feel your frustration.

Yes, it's possible there are still some that could have issues after something like this......

Hi, keep ringing o2 but you dont even get in a que at mo as its so busy , you just get automated answer machine telling you to call back later !!!

 

even online live help is busy !!
