my o2 number is not aktive.

hi i did not use my o2 card for a long time and now is not aktive,so i would like to know if is any possible way that i can use my old o2 number and my card will be re-activated.? i lived away from england 2,5years and now i want to go back and using my old mobile number.  thank you

only o2 customer services can help you but the number may have been issued to someone else as it is over 6 months since you used it see contact us at the bottom of the page .

As this is a public forum also I would advise you delete your email address.

Whether you can use you old number, I don't know however you may be able to activate your old SIM by calling customer services by using the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page.

You can pick up a new SIM card in any O2 store in the uk
