Hello,
I have an issue. I got device on December and as a pay monthly package. I don't why they couldn't take money from my bank account, but I have money in a bank account.
Later they took twice payment. At this time my phone number is deactivated. Why?
I moved from the UK to another country and I dont want to pay phone number billing. Only I would like to pay device cost.
I didnt solve this issue with customer servise. ,Please give advice?

You have to pay whatever you agreed to when you signed the contract. No exceptions.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
