my miscalculated bill

Once again I try to contact you re my overcharged bill. I incurred a massive bill while in transit at Casablance airport (on free wifi) which evidently it was not free. After many attempts to contact you because I am not in uk at the moment. I have been away for several months, I ddid speak to someone at enormous expense.It ended up costing me £9 to get ate fee of £6 removed.

UP UNTIL NOW YOU DON'T SEEM TO HAVE AMENDED THAT EVEN THO I MANAGED ONCE MORE TO SPEK TO SOMEONE WHO CONFIRMED & but still you insist on putting late fees on. I pay my bill as it comes in n the day well before the due date so will you please look at tis properly and take action accordingly. I am totally blocked to contact you as you no longer accept e mails. Unlbelievable.
