hi my iphone has gone into restore mode!! i was on with apple chat and not able to reslove the problem they said to contact you

Connect it to iTunes on your PC.

i am using a mac, itunes is replaced by Music, all is up to date however the mac wont download the iphone update, it says its unsafe!!

If Apple can't help there's not much O2 can do either.
Is it still under warranty?

On a Mac once connected it should be seen in finder, you can select it there and it should prompt you to download the file to restore
