No one on the forum can see your contract or when it renews. 


You will need to have a look in the myo2 app or on the myo2 webpages to find out, this can be found out by scrolling to the bottom of the page

 

 

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Your contract will just continue month by month until you either upgrade or cancel it
