Have you checked your bills in your MyO2, @kwilliams?
If you can't see the bills in the app, try a browser via https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin
If you still have issues with understanding the charges, come back here for advice on how to rectify that extra cost, if you are willing to give enough info for someone here to understand.

I don't suppose much will happen over the Christmas/Holiday
