my bill is too high

my bills seem to be very high and i try to keep within my 100 minute limit could it be because i havnt disconnected a call properly

Impossible to tell, check in MyO2 for a breakdown of your charges, either you are within your minutes or your not, or it maybe data charges etc....

Are you receiving premium messages or you sending media messages?  In your MYO2 it should have a breakdown of your calls, messages etc.

It can only be mms messages or international messages. How much is each message costing you? Are you getting charges for receiving messages?

Picture messages are charged extra and not included in a lot of the newer tariffs..... What does your bill say about what messages you are been charged for?
