Hi I topped my mobile up last night, I was not on any bundle, after topping up I get a messge back, thanks for topping up, we  have put you on £15.00 bundle. I was annoyed because I don't do bundles because I don't ring people very and I would never use all my allowance, thats why I prefer credit only. What gives you the right to move me to the bundle if I have'nt requested one.

Unfortunately you won't get a response from customer service here as we are all customers. Best option is to give them a call or you could try live chat.

You need to speak to CS on 4445 and ask them to change your tariff to one that allows you to retain credit - note, you will still get allowances too but if you move to big talker your £15 will remain on account also.
