moving to O2

i moved to O2 and supplied you with My PAC code on the order, 

today i received my new sim, and i put it in the phone, 

what shall i do next.

You should receive a text with details on when the port will happen, if you dont then call o2 and give them the PAC code again, as this does fail to be accepted, (Not just on o2) or can be rejected by your old network. 

If you call 202 from your o2 phone they will be able to help / take the PAC from you again.
