Hi I recently moved to the USA and need to pay off my bill but change to an American number, how can I do this as I want to keep the handset.

You will need to call customer service :

From abroad +44 844 809 0200 Free from your O2 Mobile

The phone is yours so it is just a matter of making sure the phone is unlocked and getting a local sim card.
