Re: moving my sim only contract onto a device plan

It would depend on how long you have had it and what type it is.
History has shown that o2 will allow people on a 12 month SIM only deal to upgrade to a full refresh one at around 5-6 months (providing you meet the finance criteria).
If you are on a rolling 30 day SIM plan then you should be allowed to upgrade whenever you like.
Best idea is to either call customer services or go to your local store and ask.
Now using the LG V30.

@ellis

Check your MyO2 for eligibility but I believe you can upgrade from a simo to a full refresh at anytime you want now.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
