move my number over to o2

 hi, I opened a pay monthly last week for my son and he wants to keep his old number. I have the PAC code, how do i go about changing the number.


I already the the sim card from o2.

@Mig the online form hasn't been working recently so we'd suggest calling 202 for this.

@MI5 When I checked recently there were no known issues with that form, but if you spot anything please flag it to us as we'll need more details around the error to raise it slight smile

I had to phone 202, it took them around 5 days as it was over the festive period. Although I did receive a text the other day saying it was switching over (about 35 days after it being done). I think the system is a little bit glitchy!
