Solved: monthly phone charge

Hi I have just had my monthly bill for march / april and it has gone up to £29.24 when since i started the contract in November last year it has been a constant £28.50 ....there has been NO extra charges or purchases during this time .

I know its not a lot but can you tell me why the Tariff charge has changed from £23.75 +vat £4.75 = £28.50

to £24.37 + vat £4.87 = £29.24.

It will be the annual RPI increase.

There is an annual rise which you are notified about on the original documents and billing notices.

Everyone has had a text about this years price rises too, I think I had both text and email actually.
