Contact O2 Customer Services. 202 for Contract.

Edit : Please Note: Important.

If you normally pay your Monthly 02 Bill by Direct Debit, this may still be requested from your bank, if you make a change within 48 hours of its due date.

You need to change the date around 6 working days before the direct debit is due to take. You can pick the best date for yourself but be aware that due to some banking restrictions, certain dates aren't available.
